Group Therapy

   

Group therapy is an opportunity for individuals to share, support and learn from others who experience similar situations. It is a safe environment guided by a professional trained in group counseling in which members can find and give support and feedback.

 

Alejandra facilitates groups in which participants can learn and process during session. Group sessions are 90 minutes long and they revolve on specific topics addressed per session or according to the group type.
